VIKEK, and for Building Permits sought from the City of Tacoma, designed the stormwater management and pollution prevention facilities, Street improvements and sanitary sewer extension for all buildings, street access, and parking areas. Engineering services included the utilization of the City of Tacoma's drainage design manual, Washington State Department of Ecology's (DOE) Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington, WSDOT Standard Plans and Specifications, and Stormwater Management Incorporation's Stormfilter Design Manual for the Design of an integrated Access, Stormwater Control, Sanitary Sewer Extension, Surface Water Quality Management Facilities and associated Pollution Prevention Plans and Reports.
