VICTOR O. OKEREKE, Ph.D., P.E., DEE, Member and President

Over the past 20 years, Dr. Okereke has specialized in Public Works Engineering and Management with an emphasis in Surface Water Management and Environmental Engineering. He has extensive experience and expertise in Planning and Design of Stormwater Control, Stormwater Quality Mitigation, Erosion Control, Street Improvements, Sanitary and Water Supply System Extensions and Permitting Assistance in the State of Washington. Dr. Okereke is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and a Registered Civil Engineer in Washington State.

C. SHAWN O'BRIEN, P.E., Associate

Mr. O'Brien has more than 30 years experience specializing in civil/public works engineering. He has been extremely successful working with various regulatory agencies responsible for the review and approval of public works projects. Specific areas of expertise include: street planning and design, planning and design of storm and sanitary sewers, water main extension evaluation and design, sanitary sewer extension planning and design, planning and design of commercial and subdivision developments, planning and design of athletic fields.

TERRI ROWLAND, Associate

Ms. Rowland has over 12 years experience in AutoCAD and Graphics in, General civil engineering and surveying plans, Landscape Architecture and Interior design and Water plans for commercial and subdivision developments.

HELEN U. OKEREKE, MPA, Member

Ms. Okereke has over 15 years experience and expertise in computer technology and contract management. Her specific expertise includes: Financial and Consultant Contract Management and Computer Management - Access Notepad, WordPAD & Publisher Software.
